I have occasionally felt like making my own cooking channel. It'd be like "cooking for lazy-ass pieces of shit" or something and include all my simplified recipes and methods
but not gross shit like 'here's how you cram ramen into a burrito' like a real slob, just like "i like cooking but I'm the kind of OCD that wants to use as FEW dishes as possible, not as MANY as possible like alton brown, so here's the lazy shortcuts i take"
like when instead of layering the ingredients of a cottage pie into a dish and baking it, I just mix them all up in a bowl and eat them like -extremely loaded- mashed potatoes.
or like how i don't know how to make gratin properly so it comes out this mess of potatoes and mushrooms and rehydrated parmesan floating in whey, but that tastes fucking amazing and puts real gratin to shame
or even just 'how to get your frozen pizza to bake just right'
