1. Onions in the pan
2. Pan fry boneless chicken thigh crispy skin
3. Dump carrots
4. Adjust spice maybe more paprika
5. Add potatos
6. Add water just cover the veg
7. Chop up thigh
8. Potatoes soft add chicken
9. Jap Curry roux
10. Serve with rice and rice only
11. Leftovers taste better
