Second of all, they're cheap, delicious protein.
Third... I drink 2 or 3 cans of soda a day despite knowing that it has no nutritional value, and is loaded down with sugar. We've all got to have our poisons.

I know people who eat 3 egg omelettes for breakfast every single day. That's about 500 kcal and over a gram of pure cholesterol while the recommended daily intake for men is about 300 mg. That's still less than just one egg.

That being said, one egg every once in a while isn't all that bad. Just don't eat them daily or you're just slowly fucking up yourself.
