had a party last night and someone left this in my kitchen.
what can i use this for? i know people put this stuff on fruit but is that all its really good for?
kinda thinking i should just toss it out if thats all its good for.

it is garbage, toss it.
>>7915781
Mexicans I know put it on mangoes but that's about all I ever see them do with it.

Odd to see this here. I have the opposite problem, my Mexican painter gifted me some cucumber plants so I need some Taijin when they come to fruition.
You can put it on raw fruit and vegetables. I plan to slice my cucumbers thin, sprinkle it with that, and have a refreshing snack.

It's a way to add lime flavor when you don't have any fresh ones on hand. I wouldn't toss it. Sprinkle on meat, rice, cucumbers, potatoes, whatever you'd put salt-chili-lime on. It's not just for fruit.

It's salt, dehydrated lime, and a dash of chili. It has its applications.

Good on apples, grapes, and oranges.
Decent but nothing special on salmon.
I love this shit on pork.
Terrible on all forms of beef, bananas, and grapefruit.
That's all I've tried it on so far.
Dude, it's awesome sprinkled on roasted corn. Do it, faggot.
General seafood seems like a good application
Or instead of salt, use that shit for tequila.
You could use it instead of salt on the rim for micheladas.

This guy knows
>>7915781
Just sprinkle it straight into your mouth, shit's delicious.
Really though put it on some fruit like a watermelon. Good stuff.

If that be the case, bloody marys / bloody caesars as well. Dat clam doe.
Maybe it's good on seafood?
>>7915781
put it on melon or pineapple
>>7916705
This dude fucks.
tajin and some chamoy around the rim.
>>7915809
Delightful
>>7915781
