drink water. stop drinking soda, consuming sweets & refined sugars, and eating foods high on the glycemic index. consume more proteins and healthy fats in your diet as they keep you full longer. to answer your original question: discipline and planning. will power isn't 100% but you can make it easier on yourself by planning your meal and diet choices properly

punch your gut until you confuse the pain with hunger
Hold in the poop or just take some Adderall.
Adjust your conditions for 'full.'
Perhaps you are confusing satiation with nearly vomiting.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hara_hachi_bun_me
They believe hara hachi bun me assists in keeping the average Okinawan's BMI low, and this is thought to be due to the delay in the stomach stretch receptors that help signal satiety. The result of not practising hara hachi bun me is a constant stretching of the stomach which in turn increases the amount of food needed to feel full.

You should still drink water though senpai. I drink a lot of it and I'm damn near always hungry. I don't even work out much, water just assists the digestive process a lot. If you're trying to eat a lot, water helps.

i've yet to find a doctor that prescribes desoxyn
I have 2 scripts for Concerta (Methylphenidate)
It helps me actually focus and be motivated and the decrease in appetite isn't bad either.

this so much. I just eat and eat and eat and am still hungry. I try to only buy healthy foods and to stop when I'm at calories for the day, but it's still awful. I drink a LOT of water, and tea (no sugar or milk you disgusting monsters), eat healthy, eat a lot of protein and limit my breads, but still I'm hungry hungry hungry.
Only thing I have found that works is to keep myself out of the house and forbid myself to buy food out.
I'm not fat, maybe 10 lbs over ideal and still well in the normal/healthy range. I exercise some but not a ton. I bike or walk commute so I do get a lot of "cardio". Just bothers me how damn much I eat, and it's getting expensive.
