Is there anyone on this board who actually genuinely enjoys Chicago-style pizza? I see more shitposts about how bad it is plus the 'go 'za meme than I do any genuine discussion on it.
The closest thing I've experienced to Chicago-style off the top of my head is from Uno's Pizzeria back when one was still in my area.

Kill yourself you unfunny faggot
I've made one myself a few days ago.
It wasn't that bad.

I like it.

Literally the only faggots that don't like all types are faggots from NYC, Italy, and Chicago. Maybe some assholes from Cali that put avocado on their pizza too

I'm from California and I've never seen anyone put avocado on pizza.

Yes and no. I like the buttery crust and eating it with the marinara sauce.
It's usually too much to handle, even when getting a "small" and splitting it between two people. idk, maybe my digestive system is aging badly or something.
If I'm going to get pizza from a Chicago chain, I'll probably get Lou Manalti's thin crust.

It's pretty tasty but a small slice is more than enough.

Flyover as fuck.

I remember 10 years ago on the internet Chicago style deep dish pizza was the meme food to end all meme foods. People treated it like the holy grail.

>Chicago-style pizza
there is no such thing
It's okay. I like it every once in a great while but it's not amazing or anything. If you're an Italian pizza purist of course you'll hate it but it's not bad. Most of the criticism seems to be 'I don't like it so it's shit.' and semantics about what is or isn't able to be called pizza.
