Grilled chicken with a sweet soy glaze and a carrots and onions that have been macerated in sesame-lime vinaigrette. That garnish is a mix of chives, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes and lemon zest which i just did directly on top.
I was on here the other day with that carrot salad if any of you were active in that thread.

gives something interesting to look at. I think I wouldve put the glazed chicken on top of the salad with a drizzle of sauce on top and around.

The chicken is pretty sweet and then the carrots and onions are brightly acidic. Chili flakes add a nice heat to the back of the throat.

dressed, not macerated. presentation is a brown mass. sure it tasted nice.
