So does anyone have a ramen recipe that can be completed in 20 minutes? I'm talking the soup, noodle, meat, etc.
The recipes on YouTube look delicious but they require days or at least hours of preparation in advance. I have noodles craving mostly late at night after going out so I don't have that kind of time.
>boil broth
>put everything in it

honestly from what I understand about ramen the only way you can do that is with instant stuff, some of the better ones can be pretty tasty though I hear so that's prob your best best OP.
Look up mie goreng Indonesia on youtube.
Find some English hosts and cook your heart out. The whole process takes 10 mins prep, 10 mins cooking in a hot wok
You just need to stop eating processed shitty ramen from the grocery store

buy organic stock
simmer so its hot, add soy sauce, miso paste, minced garlic, minced ginger, cayenne and a little bit of sesame oil
boil ramen noodles seperately, add an egg to the water
dice some bacon and slice some green onions/spring onions, fry the bacon
drain ramen noodles, peel the egg
add the noodles to a bowl
ladle in the soup
cut the egg in half
garnish ramen with halved egg, bacon bits and sliced spring/green onions
its not really anything close to proper good ramen but its quick an tasty

Sounds pretty good thanks. What can I use in place of stock? I don't think they sell stock in a carton where I live.
