Fresh parsley is great abd healthy. Dried one should be used only as a minor spice and/or ingridient. Mostly for soups, sauces and alike.

fresh curly parsley is good, and fresh italian parsley is great as a garnish. We have fuck tons of it growing at work. Great stuff.

I always chop up some curly parsley to put in my savory scones, along with cheese, finely tomato and seeded mustard. They're so fucking tasty

1. That is not parsley.
2. I really like parsley, I think it's one of those herbs that go with almost anything. Legumes, tomatoes, chicken, pork, potatoes. My grill fiend really dislikes it though and says it is only good for ear protection. That means I use parsley very often when I'm just cooking for myself.
