Well, I shit at least once, usually twice, per day. My diet is fine and includes lots of whole grain and vegetables. Coffee makes a lot of people need to go to the bathroom, it has nothing to do with the rest of your diet.

I can drink a quart of milk and feel fine while another person would get horribly sick from the lactose. And it wouldn't be because they're "Cheetos manchildren".

I usually put about a quarter cup of water and nuke it for 60 seconds.

2 teaspoons of sugar
1 tea spoon of instant coffe

Fill the rest of the cup with 2% fat milk.

I realise it's not the highest quality but it's fast and i'm kind of poor so i settle.

Yeah it's enough. I really only drink it so i can smoke in the morning.

I used to drink iced cocoa and milk before but cocoa is a bit too expensive.
