I use pic related. It works perfect.

The Teavana one is fine. I got it for free from my job, but I don't use it. It leaks just a bit, and is slightly annoying to clean but still works well.

Those tea makers work pretty well, but they're overpriced, like everything else at teavana. I prefer this one I got at ikea for like $7, or a thermos with a tea holder in it.
>>
>Boil water in pot
>1.5tsp English breakfast into teapot
>Pour boiled water in teapot and cap
>Steep for 3 minutes.
>1tsp of honey into mug.
>Strain tea into mug
>Add a touch of half and half.
>Stir
>Drink

bad idea, tea leaves are supposed to flow freely
>>
>>7757759
Just an ordinary damn teapot.
And a Yixing mug for oolongs, I suppose.

I used to work for Teavana as a salesman monkey. It was a fun job and I used those tea makers all the fucking time. They're great but not too convenient to clean. Also they accumulate rust color from tannins if you brew too many robust teas and it looks gross.

>How do you brew your loose-leaf tea?

I have the factory seal it into a perforated bag for me, and then all I have to do is drop the bag into the drinking receptacle and add water. It's an amazing time saver.
>>
>>7758859
That's not loose leaf tea.
>>
every few months they get rid of their sample makers for new ones so if you know someone who works in teavana you can probably get a free one
>>
>>7757759
i just used a teapot. i had one of those teavana things and it was ok. the top broke off of it and it was a hassle to clean and overall less convenient than a teapot
