There's an episode that's a mexican restaurant where they keep some of the food in trash cans. There was like a trash can full of refried beans, it was disgusting. They also had a cooler of margaritas with dixie cups that you could use to serve yourself in the front. Does anyone know what episode that was? Sebastian's was my most hated owner from US version. The show made me hate that man!

I think the UK version is better though. Like the stories and how the show is produced a bit more. The US version has all those dumb goofy fucking sounds and music that makes things seem ultra dramatic like most US reality TV.

The US version is actual garbage, completely overblown and hyped to fuck editing. Not to mention that in the UK version he doesn't swoop in with shitloads of money to re-do their place, he just gives them advice, teaches them how to lead and manage people, how to adapt a menu, cost items, etc. It's not a miraculous makeover show like the US version.

Are you shitting me? It was actually his first restaurant in New York when they though nothing of cockroaches scattering around their Indian restaurant.

They always start with the worst one. In the UK it was that awful place where even the microwave was a drop death and the owners didn't think anything of it.

There's loving your food, and what you serve, and then there's fucking it into the ground.

Part of it is caring, caring about everything. If you're not half of the top then you should stop.
