I guess in comparison to other sauces I enjoy mango habenero but that makes me sweat a bit, and I wouldn't want something hotter than that. Asian zing or Caribbean jerk is easy to handle spice wise

I've always liked the Caribbean jerk bone in wings, the pulled pork sandwich is good as well, be sure to get onion rings instead of fries. The rings are awesome, fries are always dried out.
