I used some microwave bag, but heat them with water is better. Less akaloids. If you only microwave it there is some stuff left, it isnt harmfull, but can have some sideffects.

And if you use some spices you can digest potato better.

If they're baked, I'll let them cool for a bit before just eating them like an apple.

Potatos are beautiful because they are simple and have all the qualities of finger food. To me, loading wet slop on it just ruins what makes it naturally good.

Either make fries, make mash potatos, or eat it raw. Don't make it complicated.

yeah i boil them in salted water, from there on forward its nice to add more salt or some shit in general but yes, boring and plain is pretty tasty still
