I am 100% sure I watched Gordon Ramsay making a burger. I'm sure it was one of his cookery course shows. He fried some garlic and onion and added it to the mince I think. I'm searching for his recipe but can't find it or the video anywhere. Plz help

He used dijon mustard and ketchup as well IIRC.
I make mine with brown sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, red pepper, chili powder, garlic, and onion.
Two pounds of ground 80/20 beef
One egg
A quarter to half of a diced red onion
A pinch on minced garlic
Dijon mustard
Diced pickle/ relish
A little bit of Cinnamon

One of the best burgers I ever made involved fire-roasting an Anaheim pepper, peeling and dicing it, and adding it to the ground beef.
