How do you make the best Margarita in the world? Wanna get wasted

How do you make the best Margarita in the world? Wanna get wasted on sugar and salt. Will post results tonight if I can get the thread going. Post recipes, dos/don'ts, shit like that.

I was considering making a simple syrup using agave syrup and water
Squeezing some limes up
Ice 2 cups or so
Tequila (not sure which)
Triple Sec
Dog food
And some mint

I had also considered using sour salt or sour sanding to give them more of a bite. I prefer bitter and harsh flavours. What do you think?

sweet + sour > sour + salty

and the only reason to drink margaritas is to get slutty girls tequila drunk. easier to do that with the sugar rim.

Classic recipe is something like:
2oz 100% agave blanco tequila (your preference; I like espolon)
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz triple sec (cointreau is classic but I like agavero which is much cheaper)

Shaken, up. Salt half rim.

I like to use lemon juice sometimes, or even 1/2 lemon 1/2 orange.

some sort of orange liqueur like triple sec or grand marnier
lime juice
simple syrup
splash of brandy
combine and shake with ice and serve neat in a salted glass.

tequilla till it's as boozy as you like

Do not use any Tequila that's not 100% agave. If it doesn't say 100% agave don't use it, it's a recipe for a headache.

I do this, but only 2oz tequila and I replace the simple syrup and orange liqueur with an ounce agave syrup (half agave nectar half water) though I'll enjoy any Margarita made with fresh squeezed lime juice and bare minimum 100% blue agave Tequila.

mine are usually

- double tequila
- single triple sec
- (juice of) one lime, minus rind strip for garnish
- ice

- blend 'er up, serve over a glass with a pinch of coarse salt at the bottom.
