Is green tea all it's cracked up to be? Just ordered a bunch

its a decent tea

Don't boil the water, get it just before boiling, about 180-190 degrees. Boiled water ruins green tea. Also, honey works for sweeting. Don't add milk/cream. It's a subtle, nice tea.

It's good, but I prefer Earl Grey.

Green tea is significantly different in taste from black tea. Has a kind of herby, fresh flavor to it that's different. Lot less tannin too.

decent green tea comes rolled up into little balls called "dragon pearls". When you brew them they open up into leaves. I brew mine 3 times before they lose flavor

Make sure whatever you brew it in has enough room for the leaves to open. Green often needs more space than black. French presses work pretty well.

not a fan. i prefer cold drinks (put ice in my coffee etc..) and green tea tastes like shit unless you drink it hot
