Living in hotels for months at a time is culinary hell.

Why are you living in a hotel? Also if you have a pan or something to fry with, slice the spam very thin and fry it up. Best way to eat spam.
is that you shoenice?
It's always been a dream of mine to be able to just live in hotels and eat room service for every meal.
I live in a hotel 3 months a year for work, but they give me a per diem and expense account for client activities. Lol at a crock pot up in that bitch, looking like some kind of crackhead to the room service spics.

>Hotels [...] don't really do room service anymore
what kind of shit hotels does your company put you up at?
even the shittiest 49 dollar a night hotels i've stayed at had some sort of room service
>breakfast in bed: let us cook for you!
>three eggs, your way, toast, various jams and two strips of bacon or one sausage patty
>US$26

That's some nice carbonara

What the fuck? I travel for work and stay at around 60-100 dollar rooms and none of them do this. They usually have some sort of free breakfast in the lounge but there's no room service.
I usually make about 3 or 4 sandwiches for lunches and eat out at a bar, or order in a pizza with my per diem.
Anyone recommend some good travelling food?

Real hotels usually have room service; motels don't.

Yeah but they cost more that 49 bucks.

Fuck you idiot don't shitpost
>>7495457
I can't be the only one with a ridiculous affinity for free continental breakfast.
>>7494373
I don't travel nearly as much as you for work, but man am I already sick of the shitty free breakfasts these budget business hotels do. They're all practically fucking identical.

I do, but I don't have an affinity for shitty free continental breakfasts.
I traveled 9mo/yr for two years. Hotel budget of less than $120/night for two weeks at a time.
I always tried to book rooms at the Residence Inn by Marriott, or another similar hotel that had a little kitchen (stove, sink, full size fridge).
When I drove, I would bring my cast iron skillet.
When I flew, I brought nothing.
I'd cook often, when I wasn't out enjoying local restaurants, so I could pocket my per diem.
Always ate free breakfasts and coffee. I'd take a few things from the buffet as a free lunch too.
The only times a hotel offered room service was when a restaurant was attached, or at Hyatt Place.
Ending up spending most of my money on alcohol though. No regrets
A hotplate, nonstick saucepan and some tupperware should have you covered.
How do you have room for a rice cooker but not a hot plate and pan?
