Better idea:

MOVE all the chippies to another premises and give them a different frontage. This way I still have the option of eating delicious haddock and chips with mushy peas when I want. Move new establishments that provide healthier options (eg. salad/sushi bars) into the empty chip shop premises, but keep the original chip shop frontage.

The fatties will arrive at the chip shop, go inside expecting deep fried food and be surprised by a load of healthier stuff. Free samples everywhere (fatties are usually poor so they will respond to free stuff).

Their habit of buying chip shop when they arrive at that premises will be replaced with a habit of eating healthy stuff when they arrive at that place.

Now all we need is a fascist dictatorship to enforce this policy.
