I'm trying to make nachos and I bought these to top them with. But they're soft as mush, is there anything i can do to give them some crunch?

You can try using fresh jalapenos you lazy waste of air

1. Throw those in the trash
2. Get pic related

Yes, there's an easy fix.
Throw them away and buy fresh jalapenos instead.

Not all jars are equal, these are just as mushy as the ones you posted OP

So try the Merretta? i'll be sure to ignore Mt. Olive

Put them in your ass for a couple of days then report back
Pretty decent jarred salsa verde coming through. Anyone recommend any others?
This is a nacho thread, now.

Fresh jalapeños don't go on nachos. Pickled 'peños go on nachos you god damn idiot. Pic relevant. Frito pie with pickled 'peños

I like taco bell's, but it's just good in general, not really as a green sauce

Green Tabasco, while not the same as salsa verde, goes great in nachos and all kinds of other stuff.
La Costeña makes good jalapenos too

>tfw these have been soft as fuck every time I've gotten them for months now

Good choice.
The best jalapenos are red jalapenos from your garden.

I fucking love nachos with extra jalapeños. I have tried a variety of canned and jarred jalapeños over the years. They are all soft, but the one brand i think are the least soft is Trappey's.
Sorry OP, there is nothing you can do at this point to make your mushy jalapeños more crunchy
I suppose you could cook them on a skillet for a minute or 2...I dont really mess with pickled jalapenos though. I grow them fresh so Im simply guessing here

Put em on top of the cheese, when you bake em that's how
