if you're talking about Potbelly the mediterranean is OK, I have to get it with chicken. I think all the sandwiches are good for a chain, the best thing there IMO is the Italian. I worked at one for awhile if anyone has any questions to ask.

I love JJ's, specifically the Italian Night Club. I really like their bread, their cold cuts have no soy filler in them (unlike Subway), sandwiches take 2 minutes max to make, and it's always clean. I always ask for a water cup and drink lemonade with it. Comes out to under $6, and I'm always filled.

So far all the local joints (and even subway) seem to be better.
