Just use the microwave and rice cooker then. You can steam vegetables in the microwave and slow cook some meat in the rice cooker
You can also cook eggs for egg sandwiches in the microwae, oatmeal, a bunch of other things.
For the rice cooker try pulled pork, beans, mac and cheese, vegetable stir frys without the stir or the fry, RICE
these look cool too

Yes!
Is your rice cooker a big one? I'd go for a whole seasoned chicken in a bed of rice, if I had a big rice cooker. I suppose you might get just thighs, legs and breasts and cook them together with rice.
Or then steam a chicken without rice, cool it and put it in the fridge, and work up a saliva chicken sauce on the side. you can do this if you just manage to acquire and wash one single frying pan that hasn't been completely ruined. This is the recipe I used myself:

Also, fair warning - some western labels of powdered chili are really inadequate. They just don't have the oomph. Also dried chilis that have been drying too long are often disappointing.
That aside, I also remember there being some very simple fish and rice steaming recipes. I can't seem to remember the names though. But acquire some furikake to begin with, we all know you're a huge weeaboo to begin with.
