I do too. If I have to order something like that, I generally just say the "Chicken Club Ciabatta" and drop the "twisted". If it has a totally outrageous name with no hint of what the item actually is, I'll say it, but I'll do it in a disdainful tone.

this is a very american thing desu. restaurants trying too hard to stand out and have a personality beyond just having a distinctive cuisine and decor.

Then the waiter will usually confirm the order and say the full name like "oh so you wanted the twisted chicken club ciabatta?!"

and you just say yes. easy
