4lb ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 cup cayenne pepper
1 can Ranch Style Beans
1-2 diced jalapenos
salt and pepper to taste

Wick Fowler's is easy and tastes great, you can just but the 2 Alarm Chili kit, it's exactly what he made in competition

I literally just buy chili kits, chili seasoning, etc and add ground beef, beans, and tomato sauce.

Comes out amazing each time.
