Corned beef tongue with star fruit mostarda.

I'm poor so I rarely get a lot of variety. But hard salami with aged cheddar and a decent chianti or cab suav with dates or fresh figs is pretty good.

Salami with a cheese plate, rye bread, leeks, tomato, anchovy and grapes.

We've got a great place in Sac that does cured meats, called The Block. Mortadella and Lardo with pickled vegetables on french bread? Yes pls.
