>arrange bacon in waffle iron
>completely cover the entire surface with bacon
>cook to pefrection
>set aside
>add mushrooms onions or whatever
> place vegetables into bacon greasy waffle iron
>cook to perfection
>set aside
>beat eggs into bowl
>pour into waffle maker
>cook eggs as if they were waffles
>make two egg "waffles"
>set aside
>assemble like the following:
>egg "waffle" (1)
>"waffled" bacon
>"waffled" veggies
>add cheese (optional)
>egg "waffle" (2)

voila!

place in oven on low heat if cheese is added.
