>cook eggs as if they were waffles
>make two egg "waffles"
>set aside
>assemble like the following:

>"waffled" bacon
>"waffled" veggies
>add cheese (optional)
>egg "waffle" (2)
voila!
place in oven on low heat if cheese is added.
