Honestly hes my favorite of all the chefs who had parts on Mind of a Chef.

He's the chef from Husk, which is the most famous of the farm-to-table places in Charleston. I think they have a second location in Nashville now, too. As previously mentioned, he was the host on season 2 of Mind of a Chef.
