Look up AB's ramen radiators.
The recipe from his book is better than the one from the show.

Chicken breast with creamy mustard sauce, polenta as side dish. Almost all of the recipes I do everyday are <45 minutes.
>>7173221
>cut chicken breast
>flour one side
>put on olive oil on medium for 3-4 minutes heat on floured side
>spread mustard on top side with a spoon
>turn and cook other side until golden brown
>add heavy cream (half a cup for 1 breast)
>reduce heat and cook for a few more minutes
Add salt to taste whenever, herbs/chili/other spices are optional. Best side dish is definetly polenta, maybe cous cous. Rice and pasta don't go well.

Sear off basically any cut of meat in a pan, deglaze with red wine over pasta/ravioli
???
God tier banana omelette incoming
>2-4 eggs
>1 banana cut into thin slices
>1-2 tea spoons of vanilla sugar
>1 tea spoon of salt
Mix everything
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter on pan, pour the banana eggs in, cook on medium-low heat
If you're feeling fancy, fry up some bacon to eat with that sweet omelette. Easy as fuck.

You don't put peas in carbonara? It's delicious.

No, that's the bottom side. But I don't really think ir would make any difference if you didn't use flour at all.
