Eat a carb heavy meal in the morning.

I eat a bowl of oatmeal mixed with flax, chia seed, and a half cup of blue berries with an orange on the side. Top it off with a cup of coffee or a water bottle and you're golden.

It also helps to get 7 - 8 hours of rest per day.
