Has /ck/ ever tried ostrich? If so what do you think of it?

Had Ostrich Burger and ostrich sausages, really juicy and delicious.

ostrich is a 10/10 meat

I don't know what he means by it cooks like fish but the flavor and texture is very reminiscent of beef.
