I've done beef tenderloin for the last 2 Christmases...this year I want to do a whole new your strip loin, never done one before. Serve them with some tomato asparagus stir fry and some garlic, blue cheese, cream cheese mashed potatoes.

I watched gordon ramsay's beef wellington video, and since Im still at college, I asked my mom if she would mind me doing this instead of the ham we usually buy. She agreed so I hope it goes well

A roast chicken for me and my gf. Gonna hassleback some taters, pigs in blankets, a nice pork stuffing, caramelised carrots, sprouts, and a nice gravy. Also bread sauce.

For dessert, a traditional christmas pudding served with clotted cream.
