Anybody else do this? What other super quick/lazy meals do you know?
>>
>mix canned tuna and mayo
>put it in a tortilla
>fold like an envelope
>shallow fry till crispy
>>
>>7074524
Interesting, how much mayo to tuna ratio do you like?
>>
>can of tuna
>can of beans
>chopped red onion
>parsley
>tomato
>pepper flakes, salt, olive oil and lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
>mix spices, olive oil and lemon juice/vinegar
>add onions and let them sit in the dressing for 5 minutes
>add the rest and mix well
>eat with a piece of nice bread
>>
>cut potatoes up into reasonably sized chunks
>boil
>mash
>stick of butter, heavy whipping cream, and lots of salt and black pepper

Mashed potatoes are wonderful, freakishly cheap, and so easy.

Serve with whatever meat or veg you have on hand.

I had steak and broccoli with it tonight. Took less than 10 minutes of in-kitchen work.
>>
>literally any cold leftovers
>into a tortilla or roll
>wala

congealed stew sandwiches are GOAT
>>
>2 eggplants
>cut them in slices and sprinkle with salt
>let them sit in a colander while you do other stuff for half an hour
>heat olive oil in a pan and fry the eggplant slices
>lower heat and add some garlic once they're done
>eat with greek yoghurt and flatbread
>>
I recently started using instant rice after I bought two 28oz boxes of it on sale for $1.49 each.

I make a fakemeout pilaf with it. Takes 10 minutes.

Put water and dried veg* into a container and nuke it for a minute.
Add rice, stock cube/powder, frozen/fresh veg and stir it about.
Lid loosely and nuke four more minutes.
Allow to rest a final four minutes then fluff up and eat.

>I usually just use dried onion, but occasionally other veg as well, especially if I don't feel like chopping frozen veg (I freeze veg as whole as possible to be convenient and cut it as needed; seems to do wonders for texture)

Another dish I like is something my ex and I dreamt up. We called it Carolina tomato gravy. It's kind of a take on biscuits and gravy.

Italian sausage is crumble cooked in a little oil then flour is added along with chopped onion, minced garlic and chopped green bell pepper.
A roux is made then topped off with tomato juice and dissolved, distributing throughout the liquid, thickening it.
Serve over toast, pasta or rice and eat.

A final dish: American-breakfast fried rice.
An egg is scrambled and removed from the pan.
The pan is re-oiled and breakfast sausage crumbles are added.
Once cooked, a little water is added as well as some day old cooked rice.
The rice is tossed about and reheated through until the moisture is evaporated out and/or absorbed into the rice.
The flame is turned off and the egg is re-added along with some grated cheese.
Everything is tossed about to mix through and it's served in a bowl.

>leftover rice in bowl

>add soy sauce, butter, peanut butter, and a dash of sesame oil
so damn good

Steak.

>remove meat from fridge
>season and pat dry
>sear in pan and serve with literally anything
>>
>bowl of rice
>add tin of mackerel in tomato sauce to the bowl
>add black pepper
>stir

then eat fishy goodness

caution: makes your breath smell like vagina
>>
>>7074576
Vaginas do not smell like fish unless their owner has an infection.
>>
>>7074524
Equal parts
>>
>grill chick peas in butter
>add curry powder and chopped mushrooms

holy hdeuwhfr
>>
>>7074534
Not sure about the ratios, I don't use much mayo though.
