its my go to drunk food. easy as fuck and delicious. i use tortillas with sour cream and hot sauce. i season the eggs with a little cayenne and salt and pepper too.

Aren't tacos supposed to be made with crispy shells? Those look like soft, fat pancakes.

ones in the pic are pancakes, but soft tortillas make superior tacos in general in my opinion. Unless youre actually frying your own corn tortillas then those can be great, but a flour/corn mix or straight flour is my preference.

>add pepper, chilli powder, and paprika
>whip in some sour cream
>add cheese
>scramble on a low flame for a few minutes
>add home fries made with onions and ham
>put it in a tortilla
>top it with some salsa


I'll try to fix this every time we have left over homefries, because other than that, it's pretty easy and quick to make.
