Breakfast time!
It's amazing how much a little egg, chili paste, and Kewpie can elevate a humble cup of instant ramen.

Dunno if I can get behind a ramen breakfast OP.
I'm having an egg scramble with homemade chicken sausage and a pepper from my garden, plus a touch of Carolina reaper hot sauce for heat.

For a second, I glanced at this picture and thought it was another carbonara thread.

I usually don't eat spaghetti carbonara for breakfast, but you nailed it!!

Could be a vaguely Asian breakfast less the mayo I guess.

that looks beautiful
i always imagine most sausages must suck outside of germany but this one looks very tasty and well prepared

In the US you can find good sausages, but you'll have to seek out specialty stores and pay an assload to get it.
Thankfully I'm a greasy Italian and have my grandfather's sausage grinder and stuffer, so I can make some pretty bad ass stuff on the cheap.

Why would you put mayo into ramen soup?
>>7048551
When I was 14 years old I literally ate one or two of these for breakfast every day

how hard can it be to put meat and spices in a casing? It's not like cheese which requires rare fungi, or coffee/tea which requires specific soils

B..but muh German heritage...
It's impossible for anyone outside Germany to properly shove ground garbage meat and spices into an intestine!

some are lacto-fermented
Couscous cooked with chicken stock and sesame oil, marinated boiled egg (soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, magi), avocado, and wakame seaweed salad. P. good.

This post inspired me to make another carbonara thread.
