Is anyone planning to do a Griffith cosplay during the eclipse?

I cosplay Guts but all the Griffith cosplayers I know will be at work at that time. I really hope someone does it, though.

Fuck, I have a Griffith wig styled but no finished cosplay. Should I throw something together tonight to take advantage of the opportunity?

just a warning to those thinking about it, don't point your camera towards the eclipse if you don't have a solar filter for it. You may not end up happy when your lens gets damaged.

Could be talking out my ass here, but the art suggests that Griffith Did The Thing during an annular eclipse, not a total one. Note the ring.

Wouldn't it be easier to just shoop it? The lighting won't be good for cosplay photography during the eclipse.
