I don't really like the fabric, the lace corseting on the front doesnt line up so lacing it up looks reaaally awkward. Waist ties are just one piece of fabric with sides hemmed so you can see the backside in the waist ties unless they're perfect, theres no fucking lining wtf? but everything else is fine. I just expected better from them.

nayrt, but these things:

has been aatp/btssb's norm for years, going back for years. Mainly commenting just to give you a heads up on the next baby/aatp piece you buy.

You can usually check the type of fabric in the closeup photos, if it looks like this kind of large weave texture, it's baniran, and you'll want to avoid it. fwiw a lot of girls must like it, because they almost seem to make a point of putting out a few dresses in this as well as chiffon every year, and now they're naming the fabric type in the description as well.

The waist ties being one-sided I didn't really "get" until I got a Bodyline dress with double-sided waist ties. The double-sided ties were so thick I could never make a proper bow with it, and the fabric being double-sided made it difficult to adjust the bow since there's two layers of fabric that kept slipping. I appreciated the one-sided thin waist ties after that. It'd look better if they lined them with thin lining like AP does, but at least I understand they didn't skip making it double-sided just to make your life difficult, keeping it thin does actually make it easier to get a nice-looking bow.

The lacing not lining up does sound like bad quality control, though. I would have found that annoying.

thats odd you have that problem with your waist ties anon. it was norm for me to have them lined, as I had only owned AP and meta up until getting that dress, I think what helps is with AP a lot of times they line the waist ties with a smooth and almost slippery fabric. Often like a silk or a type of chiffon? Made it easy for me to tie up. But I can totally see bodyline making the mistake of having the same fabric both sides.

I can't seem to loose any more weight. I started Lolita weighing 85 kilos, but fitting into brand motivated me to loose weight. Now I weigh between 70 and 74, constantly fluctuating. I can't seem to get below 70. I'm not that fat, but not thin either. I tell myself it's because I'm a big girl. I'm 1.80 tall. yeah, VM and MM are likely not GOINN to work for you. As a fellow tall anon, even if you manage to get into a dress, the cuts are more hour glassy and require the length of your torso to be close-ish to the model to not look awkward as heck

Yes. Dont do it. It's rude as fuck and obnoxious. Just last week i was bidding on a dress and litterally 20 seconds after i won, the girl i was bidding against complained about how she got distracted the last 5 seconds and thats why she didnt win and she was willing to pay more and i should sell it to her.

Another time a girl messaged me saying she saw a picture of me in [insert rare coveted print in highly sought after colorway here] on tumblr and to name my price because money isnt an issue and she wanted it.

Looks legit to me, might just be a bit faded or old. Also, it's not that unusual for sellers to start their auctions low, knowing it'll get high. A lot of the bids will come last minute sniped, so you can't really judge based on what it's at now. Anon, the Telestia OP in bordeaux is this year's variant of the OP which has been rereleased every summer for the last few years. If you're not too fussed about it being this specific colourway, if it's not still available om the webshop, it will likely come up again next year. The black x bordeaux is one of the staple colours. The Averyu skirt is also a fairly staple skirt design. Carol OP gets rereleased every so often as well. I hope that helps.
