It looks pretty fried from bleaching and dyeing, so I'd first recommend her to stop fucking with her hair. But even then, it's not styled at ALL, her bangs look greasy and bunched up while the rest is a frizzy disaster. She could pin it up and have it look okay, then add a larger head accessory to have the whole outfit tie together a bit more. I did the same thing to my hair a few years ago when I went from black to plat blonde, and had to put way more effort into making my hair look nice, I used some kind of hair oil from that Organix company and that helped keep the super fried look at bay.

glasses-wise I think you should invest in a second pair for lolita, smaller rounded frames might look better. I appreciate the middle photo because you look really cute without the oversized frames obscuring your features. That nitpick aside, I think you should focus on procuring suitable legwear and shoes for your wardrobe.

the stuffed moth accessories are not as successful as they could be. not well executed. I'd put the black one on the side of the headdress maybe, but the fuzziness of the large white ones really bring the coord down (plus you have two different representations of the moth motif in the same coord. fucks it up visually.)

I think high waisted skirts are great for more busty girls because otherwise, the "thinness" of the waist is easily hidden between wide hips and the skirt. You're breast aren't going to look bigger, the rest of your body looks bigger in a "normal" skirt. High waisted skirts accentuate the waist, making it show nicely you're not fat.

Doesn't work if your waist is also big, and you'll need a well fitted blouse (you don't want to gab). but if you're actually curvy curvy and not fat curvy, it's great. I also would say "get a bra that keeps your breast up and doesn't make them hang". Even if it's your bra's job, perky breast look a thousand times better in such outfits than breast hanging over the high waist part of your skirt...

I think next time I'll try this with different shoes and a sparkly navy&violet star necklace--I think this needs an accessory in the chest area that can help push the navy as a coordinating color, but also bring out the purple in the border print.

Also there is nothing classic about the coord. Large maxipad headdresses and blackxwhite dresses that are heavy on lace are an old school staple. And AatP's Miranda is an old school revival staple piece. And stark white, as opposed to offwhite or ivory, is pretty rare in classic lolita. Also that "mock high neck" blouse is clearly a peter pan collar.
