It's too top-heavy and that dress isn't very flattering on her. The skirt it way too short and the puff sleeves and bodice detailing draw too much attention to her wide upper half, throwing off the balance. I'll definitely consider that the next time I wear this out. Originally I was going to go with red shoes, but I also had a red accessory in my hat and didn't want to overdo it with the red. I might also just use the accessory in the hat as a pin to add more detail on the blouse. And definitely noted on the stockings. I just got these so I wanted to wear them out haha.

The lighting needs work and I'll agree about the makeup and different hairstyles (makeup especially could help improve what she already has) but if someone is consistently well dressed, I don't see an issue. I don't think every coord needs to be some super special "different than before" look. The outfits may be very derivative and not unique, but it clearly looks like her style is pink AP sweet.
