There is no age limit for cosplay. Only an age limit for characters.

No age limit on good cosplay tho. At least if they cosplay characters that are older that look weird on young cosplayers. Older cosplayers shouldn't try and do a young character, it usually ends badly.

I find OP's picture kind of cute.
But I've always been the fag that thinks cosplay is fun. Well, as long as they are aware what they are putting on. There's still "rules".
As long as the cosplay is well made, and not cringey I like it. Um, But maybe not child characters..
