Works for most things, but not if you're looking for fresh art. I'll often find myself saving a twitter version of an image only to find it posted on their pixiv the day after or so.

Then there's just keeping up with it all. Many artists just don't post all their works on pixiv so you have to stay on top of their twitter, and twitter isn't really the ideal platform for finding/searching art.
