If I'm a DM and I see my 120k manager doing the work he's supposed to delegate to the minimum wage flunkies, I'm going to be pissed off.

Also, if you have to consistently work over 50 hours a week, it's because you're bad at managing your store and probably even worse at staffing.

If a franchise nails a certain sales quota for a four week period, Managers get a Rolex Air-King. I've heard Coca-Cola gives out Rolex watches to employees who has been there for 20 years, among other companies giving similar watches. My Grandma has been working at Hershey's for decades and they gave her a gold plated chocolate bar plaque with her name on it. Has over $1K worth of gold on it.
