I'm 29 and just left a job I hated, and I've been wanting to get into real estate, but I'm not sure what it is you do you break into that field.

I don't have much startup capital, but I have perfect credit and wealthy relatives, so I could get started with a good loan if I needed, but I don't want to throw money around if I don't need to, since I'm cheap.

The mistake a lot of people make is they try to get work in extremely hot market areas. Ignore that.

You're actually best going to the suburbs or countryside and trying to get work there.
A good approach is to offer to work for 100% commission rate, no retainer.
What this means is you get zero income at all from the business but any money you make from a sale is100% yours.
However if I remember rightly you need to be a fully licensed agent to do this structure.

Anyway w latch auction results in the paper, notice which areas have a lot of stock marketed and moving and look for work in these regions in the hope they're short handed
