In Bitcoin, there are people with thousands of Bitcoin who will put up sell walls like you pictured to keep a mooning coins price down so they can accumulate large amounts without rocketing the price. Newcoiners and dumbcoiners like yourself look at these sell walls, and panic sell your coins on the dip to him for cheap.
