Don't know what you're quoting, but I do know that In-N-Out has multiple interviews. In-N-Out is a little higher-scale than Cane's, but Cane's is still one of the chicken places with higher standards. I've never seen a meth-head or ghetto chick behind the counter at Cane's. If you're well-spoken and look like a normal person it shouldn't be hard though.
