Which coin and volume per day

On typical days (no announcements etc i'd be looking to make between 5-20%) on days where there are major panics/optimism i can make 20-30% easy, made 25%~ yesterday and 30% day before. Some of these are from single trades (Selling off btc and rebuying lower) Some are swing trades, mostly swing trades though, low-med cap coins with low vol that arent typically found by /biz/ or other social media celebs.
