Get a separate bank account that you make without her knowing. Then either after work or on a weekend when you're away for a minute for some reason go to the bank you're normally at and start withdrawing money via the ATM. Just a little bit though, like $40, so she doesn't notice. Or if she does, just say something like you were going to use it to buy lunch for the next week and get defensive saying "what it's only $40. I can't even do that?"

Start doing this as regularly as you can under her nose without her realizing.

Then, once you've got a good lump of cash, as much as you can (this could take you up to a month I realize), go put it in your other bank account and transfer it to a new gemini or coinbase account or something without her knowing.
