The don't have customer support. No telephone number and they don't answer tickets. If you wrote to them in "brash" or you came off "rude" they will ban your account.

Until there's an actual decentralized exchange these kikes/chinks will keep charging "fees" for moving your money.

I don't think I was rude, I realized it's my mistake. I do know of their bad reputation for customer service though. Found that out while researching this. And they do indeed not have a phone number. Called it and just redirects you to the support page where you can submit a ticket. Wasn't impressed.

But what other Canadian exchange charges 0% fees for wire transfer? Coinsquare nickels and dimes you for every step you take.
