Water is literally the cheapest basic utility. Don't stink, it's harder to get a job that way.

Buy meat on the last day before it gets thrown out and freeze it. Buy generic foods/condiments. Don't pay for TV. Don't buy useless shit (vidya/blu-rays). Make your own coffee instead of buying Starbucks. Buy non-perishables in bulk. Buy clothing from thrift stores (this one takes a little digging). Congrats, now you save more than most people.
