So did anyone ever get a clear answer about the ability of US citizens to participate in the crowdsale? From what I understand we can participate but there might be issues getting our tokens after the sale is over?

anons are going to have use their own judgment. All the rules are spelled out for you, it's not hard.

From what I can tell from re-reading their FAQ, the regular BMC tokens are not classified as securities to the best of their knowledge, but the future index fund type tokens will be. So there shouldn't be an issue for US citizens in the crowdsale. Can anyone confirm?
