How do I build my automotive detailing business? I already have a few clients that come to me for their cars to be cleaned all over. I want to open a shop and employ people. how do I start? I already make 1500 a month from it. Its not my main job but I'm ready to get a part time so I can focus on getting this business off the ground.
Are you Mexican? If you are, stop fucking stealing shit from cars, you spics just don't know when to stop do you?
If not, hire Mexicans and then get ready to have a lot of stuff go "missing"
Register a business and hand out cards to your existing customers to give them to others.

Any respectable employer would beat the stealing illegal immigrant in the back alley. No other employees will steal.
ask existing customers for referrals
ask all friends and family for referrals
post flyers with your work around town (car washes, oil change places, anyplace having to do with cars)
go to car related business and tell them that you do car detailing and ask them for referrals
I would find out where most ARK holder are, and plan to clean lambos in 2 years.

you probably have to offer 24/7 custom detailing. have people pay a membership(to weed out the troll fucks) and you can come to their place to wash their car and get it clean. Offer premium service, so shit like cleaning out the ac vents with a cotton swab.
Invest in fabric cleaning steaming equipment.
In labor intensive businesses like that..the key is setting up a crew and charging a margin based on that.
